Grain Storage

Whether you’re looking for in-bin storage, above floor or full floor aeration, Maras can install the products you need to keep your grain in condition. In aeration systems, the fan is the key to a successful drying or aeration system. Sukup takes great effort in designing and manufacturing the best fan possible.

Floor design is not to be overlooked. Sukup floors are ideal for raised or flush floor aeration applications. Super Support’s™ welded rod frame lets air flow freely throughout the bin plenum area. This open design provides better heat distribution, which makes for more efficient drying. Unique angle iron construction provides rock solid floor stability. Dryers

Sukup fans and heaters produce the most hot airflow possible from the fuel consumed, resulting in clean, efficient drying. If you’re using a continuous flow system with a horizontal bottom unload, a recirculator system with a center, vertical unload or a stirring machine with 4 or more down augers, a Sukup Drying bin is the bin you need.

Sukup Drying Bins were specifically-designed for the demands of these stir drying, continuous flow drying systems, and are available stiffened or non-stiffened.

The patented Sukup Quad Metering Roll System moves the hotter, drier grain next to the inner wall down the column faster. The process produces more even moisture content in dried grain, minimizes damage and maintains higher test weights and overall quality. Sukup was the first to include actual moisture sensing standard on their dryers. Moisture content is tested by a sensor in the discharge tube. The sensor controls the metering roll speeds to maintain desired discharge moisture content.
